Unless otherwise requested, resale certificate packages will be in the form of an electronic link. All resale certificate packages will contain TWO sets of documents - one for the CrossRidge Homeowners Association and one for the individual Neighborhood Homeowners Association.
BUYERS
If you are interested in purchasing a home in CrossRidge, we recommend that you contact a local Richmond area realtor. Buyers and their agents are welcome to visit the community during security guard hours (generally 8:00 am - 6:00 pm). To enter the community, go to CrossRidge Glen Way, proceed in the left lane to the guard house. You will be required to register by providing the guard with your name and license plate number and will then be given a visitor's pass to display in your vehicle's windshield.
RENTALS
In CrossRidge, each of the six Neighborhood Associations have varying policies on rentals and/or lease caps. Before entering into a legal rental agreement, both owners of properties and potential lessees should contact the Association management to determine the current guidelines and availability.
FLOOR PLANS
Since the inception of CrossRidge in 2001, numerous floor plans and different types of homes were offered by the builder: single family cottages, duplexes (or Carriage homes), townhomes and six-plex condominiums. Since the complete buildout in 2013, resale of homes in CrossRidge has been brisk. Individual homeowners employ their own realtor in the process. To assist the homeowners of CrossRidge and prospective buyers, floor plans and photos of the various homes are provided below. Depending on the floor plan, many of the cottages have two bedrooms on the first floor. Most of the cottages have a second floor with additional bedrooms and a loft. A few of the cottage floor plans are one floor only.
The Townes at CrossRidge
These townhomes have four, five and six homes per building. They also have the master bedroom on the first floor with additional bedrooms and a loft on the second floor. Some townhomes have small offices or dens on the first floor. The Gardner is an end unit which has both a breakfast patio and a patio adjacent to the sunroom.
